The cheesecake loved by everyone.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 1/4 cup graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
For the filling:
- 500 grams cream cheese, room temperature
- 500 grams sour cream, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups of sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt butter and mix sugar and graham crackers. Pat firmly in a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the pie from the oven and let it side for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Mix the sour cream with 1/4 cup of sugar. Pour over cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes.
- Set aside for 1-2 hours. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Serve with toppings.
Strawberry Toppings
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Roughly chop the strawberries.
- Combine the strawberries, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. The mixture will sizzle for awhile, but then the juice will begin to form. Mash a few strawberries with a wooden spoon to help produce the syrup. Cook until the sauce thickens, approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat. In a blender, puree about 1/3 of the sauce, then mix back into the remaining topping. Refrigerate.
